Glacier Park

This piece is definitely experimental especially using oils on linen for the first time. It’s quite absorbent with the paint. Talk about painting in all different directions, moved between trees, clouds, mountain peaks, the mist and clouds — then a little tranquil waterfall. I used all different photos for Glaciers National Park, and found a beautiful references of Tripple Falls there. I just went with my own interpretation of a warm sunrise over these beautiful mountain peaks. This one’s called sunrise over Tripple Falls Glacier National Park 48x 36” Canvas Print.
